Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 or 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship directly from our farm in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, to ensure maximum freshness.

Shipping Fresh Products Because our soursop leaves are shipped completely fresh and green directly from our organic farm, we prioritize expedited handling to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. We package all perishables, including our sugar-free juice pulp, securely to maintain quality during transit.

International Shipping Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Refund & Return Policy

Because we deal in consumable, farm-fresh products like fresh green leaves and organic juice, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges once the product has been dispatched.

Damaged or Defective Items Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within a day of delivery.

To process a replacement or refund for a damaged item, please email/ whatsapp with:
